Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Earning Per Share, Current Ratio, dan Inflasi terhadap harga saham melalui laporan keuangan tahunan yang telah disusun oleh Perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan-perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate yang mempunyai aset Rp 3 Triliyun atau lebih yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama tahun 2013-2016 sebanyak 10 perusahaan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS25. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan, bahwa Earning Per Share berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan Current Ratio berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan dan Inflasi berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham Perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate tahun 2013-2016. Kata kunci: earning per share, current ratio, inflasi, harga saham.
