Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh Debt to Asset Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Time Interest Earned Ratio terhadap Return on Equity. Dalam penelitian ini obyek yang digunakan merupakan perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2013-2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berupa perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2013-2017 berjumlah 48 perusahaan. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan menggunakan kriteria tertentu maka diperoleh sampel sebanyak 15 perusahaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Time Interest Earned Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return on Equity. Sedangkan Debt to Asset Ratio berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Return on Equity pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2013-2017.
