Abstract
The purpose of implementing this training is to empower MSMEs in the midst of globalization and high competition, making MSMEs have to be able to face global challenges, such as increasing product and service product innovation, developing human and technological resources, and expanding marketing areas. The method we do is by providing technical guidance on how to create marketplace innovations that are directly brought in from Shopee as the resource person.
