Abstract

Nilai perusahaan dapat dijadikan sebagai ukuran keberhasilan suatu manajemen perusahaan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan bagi pemegang saham dan terpenuhinya kesejahteraan para pemegang saham mencerminkan tingginya nilai perushaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Likuiditas (CR), Aktivitas (TATO), dan Profitabilitas (ROE) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV) pada perusahaan Otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016 hingga 2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 11 perusahaan Otomotif, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel yang memenuhi kriteria yang telah ditentukan sebanyak 9 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 24. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas (CR) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), aktivitas (TATO) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), dan profitabilitas (ROE) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) The value of the company can be used as a measure of the success of a company’s management so that it can increase trust for shareholders and the fulfillment of the welfare of shareholders reflects the high value of the company. This research aimed to analyze the effect of liquidity (CR), activity (TATO), and profitability (ROE) on the firm value (PBV) at automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2016-2020 period. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the research population used 11 automotive companies, meanwhile, the research sample collection technique used purposive sampling, which obtained 9 company samples that fulfilled the determining criteria. On the other hand, the research data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program 24 version. Based on the hypothesis test (t test) conclude that liquidity (CR) had a positive and insignificant effect on the firm value (PBV), activity (TATO) had significantly positive affected the firm value (PBV), and profitability (ROE) had a positive but insignificant effect on the firm value (PBV)
