Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Current Ratio (CR), Return On Asset (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS) dan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) terhadap variabel Harga Saham (HS) pada perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode penelitian 5 tahun yaitu 2012-2016. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 49 perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Berdasarkan teknik pengambilan data purposive sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 21 perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data dalam penelitian yang digunakan berupa data sekunder yaitu laporan keuangan perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan diolah menggunakan software SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Current Ratio (CR) negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, Return On Asset (ROA) dan Earning Per Share (EPS) positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham. Kata Kunci : Current Ratio (CR), Return On Asset (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Harga Saham (HS).
