Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan didirikannya sebuah perusahaan adalah untuk memakmurkan pemegang saham dalam mencapai keuntungan yang maksimal dan untuk memaksimalkan nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui adanya pengaruh rasio leverage diukur dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), rasio likuiditas yang diukur dengan Current Ratio (CR), dan rasio profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Return On Equity (ROE) terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan Price Book Value (PBV). Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 20 perusahaan Property and Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2015 sampai dengan 2017. Data penelitian ini di olah menggunakan SPSS 22, dengan analisis linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji kelayakan model dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Sedangkan Current Ratiio (CR) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Kata Kunci: Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, Return On Equity dan Price Book Value.
