Abstract

This research aimed to find out and analyze the spatial, physical work environment, and office facilitator at PT Pelindo (Persero) Java Regional Sub. The research was descriptive-quantitative with an associative approach. Moreover, the data were primary. The population was 239 employees of PT. Pelindo (Persero) Java Regional Sub. The data collection technique used random sampling with the Slovin formula to determine the sample. In line with that, 70 respondents worked a minimum of one year as the sample. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were filled out by the respondents. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 29 version. The result showed that spatial had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Pelindo (Persero) Java Regional Sub. Likewise, the physical work environment had a positive and significant on the employees’ performance at PT Pelindo (Persero) Java Regional Sub. Similarly, office facilitation had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Pelindo (Persero) Java Regional Sub.
