Abstract

Company’s success can be determined by its employees’ performance. The company’s performance which reflect its responsibilities shows the company’s objective achievement. Moreover, in order to achieve the objective, each employee has its own obligation need to be accomplished. The research was using quantitative method. The population is employees of PT. Orang Tua. Furthermore, the data was collected using questionnaires to sample which is taken by exploring saturated sampling technique. All 40 employees are used as sample. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS. The research result concluded that self-efficacy, training, and working environment had positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance. Meanwhile, based on the determination coefficient (R Square) showed 0, 787, mean that 78.7% was described by research’s variables, and the remaining 21.3% was described by other variables which excluded in this research.
