Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (a) Pengaruh profitabilitas (ROA/Return on Assets) terhadap corporate social responsibility, (b) Pengaruh likuiditas (CR/Current Ratio) terhadap corporate social responsibility, dan (c) Pengaruh leverage (DER/Debt to Equity) terhadap corporate social responsibility pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X (PERSERO) Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Obyek penelitian ini adalah PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X (PERSERO) Surabaya. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan yang terdapat pada annual report periode observasi 2003-2015 pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X (PERSERO) Surabaya. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa profitabilitas (ROA) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap corporate social responsibility, likuiditas (CR) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap corporate social responsibility, dan leverage (DER) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap corporate social responsibility pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X (PERSERO) Surabaya. Kata Kunci: Profitabilitas (ROA), Likuiditas (CR), Leverage (DER), dan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
