Abstract

The employee’s performance is a work result achieved by an employee in accordance with predetermined standards and criteria within a certain period of time. This research aimed to examine the effect of compensation, motivation, and work environment on employee performance. Furthermore, the research population was the employees who had worked at PT. Danamas Insan Kreasi Andalan (DIKA) Jakarta. The research was quantitative with a causal-comparative as approach. Moreover, the data collection technique used survey. The data were primary, with a questionnaire as the instrument. The questionnaire was distributed to the respondents. Additionally, the sampling technique used non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling technique (census). In line with that, there were 50 respondents as the sample. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Services Solutions) 26. The research result showed that compensation, motivation, and work environment had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance. In conclusion, the research result already supported the research hypothesis formulated in this research.
