Abstract

This research is a holistic interdependency and integrated in human resource strategy design and marketing strategy theory. This study is a development of research results Hermawati and Puji Suci (2017) strategy of organizational performance development based on method of Importance Performance Analysis and Analytic Hierarcical Process (AHP). The purpose of this study examines the influence and obtain empirical evidence, analyze, and explain the extent to which aspects of integrated human resources function in optimizing the performance of SMEs Tourism sector for sustainable tourism competitiveness in East Java. Research method with, quantitative and qualitative approach. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The study involved 200 employees of tourism sector SMEs. The analytical tool used is, GSCA with Sobel Test approach. Result of research, there is contribution which mean Integrated Human Resource Performance to SMEs Tourism Human Resource. That is, the higher the Performance of Integrated HR, will result in the higher Performance of SMEs Tourism HR.
