PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LIKUIDITAS, DAN SOLVABILITAS TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM (STUDI PADA PERUSAHAAN PROPERTY DAN REAL ESTATE YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA)

This research aimed to find out and analyze the effect of profitability,
liquidity, and solvability on the stock price of the Property and Real Estate
companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2018-2022. Furthermore,
profitability was a proxy for Net Profit Margin, liquidity was a proxy for the
Current Ratio, and Solvability was a proxy for Debt to Equity Ratio.
The data analysis technique used multiple regression with SPSS 29 version.
Moreover, the result showed that profitability (NPM) had a significantly positive
effect on the stock Prince. On the other hand, liquidity (CR) had an insignificantly
negative effect on the stock Prince. In contrast, Solvability (DER) had a
insignificantly positive effect on the stock price.
The research was causal-comparative with a quantitative approach.
Additionally, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the
sample was determined by certain criteria. The population was 12 Property Real
Estate companies. In line with that, there were 7 companies listed on the Indonesia
Stock Exchange during 2018-2022 as the sample
