PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL, PROFITABILITAS, DAN LIKUIDITAS TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM (Studi pada Perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia)

This research aimed to find out the effect of capital structure, profitability,
and liquidity on the stock price of Food and Beverage companies. The variables
were proxies with capital structure (DER), profitability (NPM), and liquidity (CR).
The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was 9 Food and
Beverage companies that met the determined criteria. Furthermore, the data were
secondary in the form of financial statements of Food and Beverage companies.
Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS
(Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 25 version.
The result concluded that capital structure had a negative and significant
effect on the stock price of Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia
Stock Exchange (IDX) 2017-2021. On the other hand, profitability had a positive
and significant effect on the stock price of Food and Beverage companies listed on
the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2017-202. Likewise, liquidity had a positive
and significant effect on the stock price of Food and Beverage companies listed on
the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2017-2021.
