Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja keuangan pada
respon investor. Variabel kinerja keuangan diukur dengan current ratio (CR), debt
to equity ratio (DER), return on equity (ROE), earnings per share (EPS) pada
variabel respon investor diukur dengan harga saham. Sampel yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek
Indonesia (BEI) yang diambil secara purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel
sebanyak 12 perusahaan dengan 48 data pengamatan. Periode pengamatan dalam
penelitian ini adalah tahun 2017 – 2020. Metode analisis yang diterapkan adalah
metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa:
(a) current ratio (CR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. (b) debt to equity
ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. (c) return on equity (ROE)
berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham. (d) earnings per share (EPS)
berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham
