RELASI ANTARA KREATIVITAS, EFIKASI DIRI, DAN INTENSI BERWIRAUSAHA PADA MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN EKONOMI

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between creativity, self-efficacy, and
entrepreneurial intentions of students of Economics Education STKIP PGRI Jombang. This study uses a
questionnaire data collection method with multi-variable correlational analysis techniques. The results showed
that there was a significant correlation between creativity, self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intentions of
economic education students at STKIP PGRI Jombang, where the results of the calculation of the multiple
correlation coefficient test (Ry.12) = 0.636 and F arithmetic (F Change) = 41.541, and p-value = 0.000 <0.05,
and the coefficient of determination (R square) = 0.405, which means that creativity (X1) and self-efficacy (X2)
together have an effect of 40.5% on entrepreneurial intentions (Y).
