PENGARUH BUDAYA, SOSIAL, KEPRIBADIAN, PSIKOLOGIS TERHADAP KEPERCAYAAN DAN KEPUTUSAN MAHASISWA MEMILIH PROGRAM STUDI MANAJEMEN (STUDI EMPIRIS PADA PERGURUAN TINGGI SWASTA DI SURABAYA)

This study aimed to examine and analyze the effects of cultural, social,personality, psychology on students' belief and decjsion in taking management study program at private universities in Surabaya. This was designed with causality relationships between several variables, including culture, social, personality, psychology, students' belief, and students' decision. The population were undergraduate students of management program, academic year of 2019. The total students were 2,331 students within five private universities that had been accredited in Surabaya. The samples were 341 students who were taken with accidental sampling technique. Primary data were collected using questionnaire instrument with Likert scale of 1 to 5 indicating the five variables Moreover, the data were analyzed using SEM AMOS with SPSS version 20.0. As the result, this study indicated three conclusions. First, the culture, social, personality, and psychology significantly affected students' belief in choosing management study program at private universities in Surabaya. Second the culture, social, personality, and psychology significantly influenced students' decisions in choosing management study program at private universities in Surabaya. Last, the students' beliefs had a significant effect on students' decisions in choosing management study program at private universities in Surabaya.
