Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence of characteristics simultaneously Cultural Organization consisting of Collective, Emotionally charged, Historically Based, inherently Symbolic, Dynamic, Perfonnance inherently against employees Fuzzy research and Development Agency of Surabaya. And to find out how much influence is partially Characteristics Cultural Organization consisting of Collective, Emotionally charged, Historically Based, inherently Symbolic, Dynamic, Fuzzy inherently against perfonnance of employees of research and Development Agency of Surabaya. And to determine which of the characteristics of variables and Cultural Organization of Collective, Emotionally charged, Historically Based, inherently Symbolic, Dynamic Fuzzy inherently a dominant influence on employee perfonnance Research and Development Agency of Surabaya Based on the results of hypothesis testing can be concluded that all the free variables simultaneously affect employee perfonnance Research and Development Agency of Surabaya. Hypothesis testing and the results are partial, Collective (XJ), Emotionally charged (X2), Historically Based (X3), inherently Symbolic (X!), Dynamic (Xs), inherently Fuzzy (:%) have an influence on Employee Perfonnance Research and Development Agency of Surabaya Emotionally charged variable (X2) is a dominant influence 89.21% against the perfonnance of staff for Research and Development Agency City of Surabaya is based 3th Hypothesis Historically (X3) is rejected, the observations in the field know that the variable Emotionally charged (X2) are dominant
